This is why I need a tripod. The reason why the resolution is so crappy is because I don't have a tripod. And also because a telephoto at full zoom with a shutter of 400 is pushing it. And larger and you'd see dancing trees.

Aha, thank you! =) The treeline is still blurry, though, if you look: the best silhouettes have pin-sharp outlines.
